WIBAWA LEGACYRUANG KARYA
A wall of finished ceramics on steel shelving — black-fired Labu Sayong gourds, terracotta jugs, cups and bowls — in a stockist's display room

Perak's Labu Sayong clay, in the hands of everyone it was always for.

WIBAWA LEGACY makes ready-to-paint ceramic sets, runs guided workshops for teams and schools, and builds heritage programming with government and community partners — carrying a Sayong pottery tradition into homes, offices and classrooms rather than leaving it in a museum case.

Since 2022

Two sides of one practice: pieces you take home, and programmes we build with you.

Ruang Karya is our retail and programming arm. On one side, ceramic painting sets from RM25 — sold through our Shopee and TikTok storefronts and four stockists across Perak. On the other, two-hour guided sessions and multi-day cultural programmes run with agencies like Wanita Perak, PAWE and PERSERA.

Same clay, same people, two different reasons to get in touch.

Sets are priced RM25–RM35 and sold through our Shopee and TikTok storefronts, or in person at our four Perak stockists. Shipping is RM5 flat in Peninsular Malaysia and RM7 to Sabah & Sarawak, about five working days. Bulk orders for offices, schools and events are handled directly — just ask.

We started in 2022 because a tradition this good shouldn't only exist behind glass.

WIBAWA LEGACY began with a simple belief: Perak's Labu Sayong pottery tradition deserved a place in modern Malaysian life — not just in museums, but in homes, offices and classrooms. What began as a small effort to keep that craft visible has grown into Ruang Karya, our retail and programming arm, now reaching individuals and organisations across the country.

We are a small, named team — two co-founders and two advisors — and you will speak to one of us directly, whether you are ordering a single set or planning a five-day programme.

That team also runs a second arm. Kedai Web WL designs and builds websites for local businesses in Meru and Ipoh, at RM900 for three pages — separate work, same company, run by Uzayr.
